Time Data Security – ET Model
TDS approached KMX Software at the beginning of 2021 to build a software team using the ET Model. The requirements were to provide Senior Engineers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
Initially, the agreement was to provide a team that consist:
- Senior Software Engineer & Team Leader
- 3x Senior Software Engineer
- Manual QA Engineer
We’ve already built a team of 4 people (26th March 2021) with heavy experience in the industry. Starting with 10+ years of experience to 20+ years. We are still sourcing for +1 Senior Software Engineer, but In the next couple of weeks, we’ll be fully onboarded.

Time Data Security is an Irish family company founded by Frank Hart. The core of the business is Access Control, currently enrolled in Airports, UK Parliament and many other high scale companies. Currently, TDS is providing 3 software products with many different features:
